Job Description:
- Sales Executive
- 5 Days a week schedule
- Work Location: Remote (Central Region - Kuala Lumpur and Nationwide)
Responsibilities:
- The incumbent is responsible for following up on repeat orders, sales leads, keeping customers data updated, sales reporting and payment.
- The incumbent confers closely with the Sales Team in Singapore to determine the list of target customers based on their previous buying pattern and encourage them for repeat orders by visiting/calling customers
- To deliver individual performance plan to meet and exceed sales targeted from optical shops and pharmacies chain locally.
- To increase usage for promoted products in all relevant accounts
- To prepare and implement account development and territory business plans
- To improved sales and marketing knowledge of promoted and competitor products
- To maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the contact lens solution environment
- To identify and develop key opinion leaders to increase product usage, product endorsement and availability to educated customers.
- To update and maintain sales tracking systems to maximize effectiveness on territory
Experience:
- Have prior sales experience, good communication skills and computer literacy.
- Sales experience in Medical device industry is preferred.
- This position requires the incumbent to be independent, have a positive mindset, a friendly personality as well as the ability to approach and communicate with customers.
- Able to work independently as well as a team in promoting Company’s products
- Possess positive attitude and goal oriented
- Has good business acumen
