- Coordinate product listing activities with the Merchandise/MC department.
- Upload product listings to all sales platforms via the company’s ERP systems and Marketplace Seller Centres.
- Prepare product names, descriptions, and other content in line with brand and platform guidelines.
- Support the sales and marketing team by ensuring the completion of product description pages, including lifestyle images, videos, measurements, and unique selling points (USPs).
- Collaborate with the marketing department to organize photography and video shoots, ensuring merchandise is well-managed and in optimal condition.
- Assist in the launch of new products across various sales channels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to product listings.
- Maintain a product listing tracker to monitor and report on listed vs unlisted stocks across all platforms.
- Assist with inventory management and stock counting activities to ensure alignment with budget and stock levels.
- Handle additional ad-hoc tasks as required by management.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and platform seller centres (e.g. ensuring synchronization status across multiple systems, troubleshooting system issues).
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, with an understanding of formulas such as V-lookup.
- Familiarity with handling SKU-level complications (parent and child SKUs with multi-level variations such as size, color, and weight).
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with excellent attention to accuracy (e.g. catching spelling mistakes).
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic understanding of sales, marketing, and e-commerce concepts.
- Knowledge of SEO is an added advantage.
