1. Provide frond end support for software inquiries and service request on daily basis.
2. Involve in the installation work order, configuration, and deployment of desktop application systems, to customers. Site visiting for system installation and configuration whenever is required.
3. Recommends software solutions, including new acquisitions and system upgrades.
4. Troubleshoot routine and more advanced problems with end-user applications.
5. Provides end-user support in person, via emails, with remote support tools, and by telephone.
6. Drafts, reviews and improves documentation and Knowledge Base relevant to the configuration, supports, and troubleshooting of desktop/web systems.
7. Adheres to change of operational Process and Procedures
8. Register and documents and communicates system error, installations, or changes.
9. May be required to work after hours and weekends on an ad hoc basis depending on business requirements.
10. Serve as a point of contact for internal users seeking technical assistance over the support ticketing system with regards to Infrastructure and basic network related issues
11. Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least a Diploma IT, Computer Science or relevant field / BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field / Additional certification in Microsoft, Cisco or similar technologies is a plus.
-Required skill(s): MS SQL, Analytical and problem solving
-At least 2 years(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
