• Manage the issuance of the bill/Invoice for customer and ensuring that it is accurate and on timely manner • Ensure timely processing of invoices and follow up on outstanding payments • Verify and reconcile billing information •Open job file and ensuring that all supporting documents are complete. • Manage the printing for all vendor invoices and to update the details in Masterfile. • Maintain detailed records of all billing transactions, including invoices, adjustments, and payment receipts. • Address and resolve billing inquiries and disputes from customers and internal departments. • Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure a seamless billing experience for clients • Update and maintain billing procedures and documentation as needed. • Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and budgeting. • Organize, file, and maintain documents both in physical and electronic formats Job Requirements: • SPM/STPM or equivalent. •Fresh Graduates welcome to apply • Minimum 1 - 2year(s) of experience will be added advantage. • Proficiency in Microsoft (Excel, Word). • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure •Good team player
