Project Documentation: Keep project records like plans, schedules, and meeting notes. Communication: Help team members, stakeholders, and partners talk to each other about the project's progress. Task Management: Assign tasks to team members, make sure they finish on time. Risk Management: Find problems that could harm the project and help make plans to avoid them. Resource Coordination: Arrange people, tools, and materials needed for the project. Quality Control: Check if project work meets quality standards. Meeting Coordination: Set up project meetings, create meeting plans, and write down what's discussed. Data Analysis: Gather and study project data to help with decisions. Learning and Development: Attend training and meetings to get better at managing projects.
