Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic 360 Marketing Project Management Intern to support our marketing initiatives. As part of our dynamic team, you will help manage end-to-end marketing projects, ensuring they are executed seamlessly across all channels. This role offers hands-on experience in project coordination, campaign execution, and cross-functional collaboration, making it an excellent opportunity to gain valuable insights into the world of integrated marketing. Work From Home Arrangement - May be required to go to office when necessary. - Work Location: Menara Suezcap, Bangsar South, KL Responsibilities: 1. Project Planning and Coordination: - Develop and manage comprehensive project plans for 360 marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. - Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. - Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track. 2. Content Creation: - Develop high-quality content for various platforms, including SEO-focused digital marketing pieces, social media campaigns, and other communication materials. - Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure messaging aligns with the overall marketing strategy. - Research and incorporate trending topics and keywords to enhance content reach and engagement. 3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Work closely with marketing, creative, content, and digital teams to ensure seamless integration of campaigns across various channels (online and offline). - Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members to enhance project efficiency. 4. Budget Management: - Assist in the development and management of project budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact. - Monitor expenses and report on budget variances, making recommendations for cost-effective solutions. 5. Campaign Execution: - Oversee the execution of 360 marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand representation across all touchpoints. - Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to deliver high-quality creative assets on time and within budget. 6. Data Analysis and Reporting: - Utilize data and analytics tools to measure the performance of marketing campaigns. - Generate insightful reports, providing recommendations for continuous improvement based on key performance indicators (KPIs). 7. Market Research and Trends: - Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions and keep campaigns innovative and relevant. Qualifications: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Advertising, Business, or a related field. - Interest in project management and marketing, with prior experience or coursework in these areas considered a plus. - Familiarity with various marketing channels, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a sharp attention to detail. - Effective communication and teamwork skills for collaboration across diverse teams. - Basic knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MailChimp, Canva, Monday, ChatGPT, Adobe Creative) and analytics platforms is an advantage. - Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
