Responsibilities: 1. Work with sales, editorial, and account managers to implement and oversee and local ad campaigns on site, mobile, app and email products 2. Manage ad trafficking, ad creation, QA, and reporting 3. Optimize campaigns, including reviewing reports and making suggestions for improved performance 4. Work closely with sales, marketing, editorial, design, and tech as well as on the creation and implementation of custom advertising solutions 5. Oversight of high impact calendar and inventory reservation and management 6. Setup, traffic, and optimize online ad campaigns in DFP, working with advertisers and ad networks to receive assets for campaign launches 7. Stay abreast of current and upcoming technology product capabilities Requirements 1. Diploma in Computer Science/ Information Technology/Economic 2. Min 2-5 year of experience setting up online ad campaign using DoubleClick for Publishers (DFP), AdSense, etc. 3. Experience working with mobile Rich Media vendors such as Inity, Crisp Media, etc. 4. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally 5. Superb general troubleshooting skills and strong attention to detail 6. Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent listening skills and the ability to adjust to the personalities of various partners Additional Desired Skills & Experience 1. Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript and Flash 2. Experience working with various ad networks and exchanges, implementing passback strategies. 3. Strong experience in Internet technologies such as HTTP, XML, JSON, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, web servers, and other internet/networking-related protocols. 4. Experience with relational databases, including Oracle, MySQL. 5. Working knowledge of Adobe Flash and Photoshop. 6. Through understanding of an interest in online advertising
