Qualifications & experience
- Diploma & Degree or equivalent, must be enrolled in an accredited university/college program
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Tasks & responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing Assist with recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems.
- Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team, including preparing documents and organizing files and add hoc task.
- Help conduct background checks and verify candidate information.
- Manage employee records, update HR databases, and assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Help organize and facilitate employee engagement activities, such as team-building events or wellness programs.
