Job Summary Managing and coordinating the accounts function of the company Key Responsibilities • Handle the accounts payable • Record suppliers’ invoices, vouchers, coding and keying into accounting software and therefore maintain proper filing of accounting records • Assist in daily operational duties such as petty cash and claimed expenses etc including expenses analysis • Ensure proper accounts documents are filed and maintain properly • Perform relevant reconciliations, such as inter-company balances, bank balances and other accounts • Processing payment • Handle queries from suppliers and other ad hoc tasks if required • Perform month end closing tasks and reporting Key Competencies • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Results oriented and has a right sense of urgency • Familiar with computerized accounting systems and possess hands on working attitude • Matured personality, team player and ability to work independently • Able to handle highly confidential information • Organized, with an ability to meet deadlines KPIs • On time month end closing tasks, reporting and payment to suppliers
