We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales & Business Development Executive to expand our market presence in the government and corporate sectors. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and increase market share in the government and corporate sectors. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including tenders, contracts, and partnerships with government agencies and corporate clients. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, procurement officers, and stakeholders in the pharmaceutical and health industry. • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential clients. • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable deals and ensure customer satisfaction. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment, product delivery, and customer support. • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to management. • Stay informed about industry developments, new products, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field. • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the pharmaceutical and health products industry. • Proven track record of successfully selling products to government and corporate clients. • Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical and health market, including key players, trends, and regulatory requirements. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. • Willingness to travel as needed.
