Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Supervisor to oversee construction activities, ensure project timelines are met, and maintain quality and safety standards at the site. Site Management: - Supervise and coordinate daily site operations, ensuring smooth workflow and progress. - Monitor attendance, productivity, and performance of on-site staff. - Ensure all activities comply with health and safety regulations. 2. Project Coordination: - Work closely with project managers, engineers, and architects to implement plans and designs. - Oversee material deliveries, equipment usage, and on-site storage. - Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality of work meets specifications. 3. Documentation and Reporting: - Maintain accurate records of site activities, including attendance, progress, and incidents. - Report progress, challenges, and updates to the project management team. - Ensure all paperwork, permits, and approvals are in place. 4. Problem-Solving: - Address and resolve site issues promptly to avoid project delays. - Manage conflicts between workers or subcontractors professionally. 5. Budget and Resource Management: - Monitor resource allocation to avoid wastage or shortages. - Assist in controlling project expenses by adhering to budgets. -------------------------------------------- Requirements 1. Qualifications: - Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. - Valid CIDB Green Card (Malaysia-specific) or equivalent safety certification. 2. Experience: - Minimum one (1) year of experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role. - Proven track record of managing construction projects successfully. 3. Skills: - Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and safety standards. - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. - Excellent leadership and communication skills. - Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 4. Other Requirements - Willingness to work at construction sites, sometimes in challenging environments. - Flexibility to work extended hours if needed to meet project deadlines.
