Retail Sales Associate (JBCC)

• Greet, serve and provide assistance to customers. • Introduce and effectively promote all activities (marketing plans, loyalty scheme, promotions) to new & existing clients. • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing good customer service. • Achieve given sales targets and expectations. • Take part in housekeeping routines and follow operational procedures consistently. • Support to maintain the shop floor, assist with visual merchandising, stock management & replenishment. • Support in all stocktake & cycle counts-related processes. • Perform accurate sales transactions and cash collections. • Support Store Management in transaction, complaint & return handling. • Communicate with Sales Area Manager to build sales and teamwork. • Responsible to minimize stock loss and maximising store security. • Monitor stock’s batch code consistently and highlight to the Manager any peculiarities • Ensure pricing of stocks is accurate. • Manage product display at the shop, cleanliness, promote and upkeep product and the image of the brand. • Take and perform instructions or task given by superior with full commitment.
