TECHNICAL MANAGER

1. Mechanical or material engineering degree holder. 2. Proficient in controlling high temperature / high pressure furnace. 3. Knowledgeable in silver alloy composite materials - deeply understand the chemical & physical properties of silver alloy materials. 4. Capable of working with 5-10 tonne hydraulic press machine. 5. Great deal of experience in hot wire extrusion. 6. Expert in troubleshoot cause & effects of defects related to wire extrusion. 7. Must be able to optimize parameters to suit various material types. 8. Ability to generate new improvement ideas. 9. Experience in silver and copper bonding. 10. Understanding of silver and copper cutting surface condition. 11. Knowledgeable in fixed sliding technology. 12. The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the related field. 13. Provide technical direction and guidance for all projects the team is responsible for. 14. Coordinate with the project management team to develop and implement project plans. 15. Manage and optimize the allocation of technical resources and schedules of the projects. 16. Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical details clearly. 17. Establish strategies to fulfil the defined business needs / goals. 18. Ensure production plans are implemented as per company’s business projections in line with long term and short-term goals and objectives. 19. Organize and direct technical activities to meet business plans. 20. Coordinate and control the efforts to achieve business plan. 21. Ensure quality / environmental systems are implemented, maintained and conform to ISO/IATF. 22. Liaise with Chugai Japan on technical or any relevant / urgent matters. 23. Reports to the Managing Director on all technical matters. 24. Other functions as instructed by the Managing Director of the company.
