Job Summary: The Human Resource Executive will be responsible for supporting the HR department in various tasks including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient operation of HR processes and contribute to creating a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment and Onboarding: -Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending job offers. -Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring they are well-integrated into the company culture. 2. Employee Relations: -Address employee queries and concerns, ensuring a supportive and inclusive work environment. -Facilitate conflict resolution and maintain positive employee relations. 3. Performance Management: -Assist in the implementation and management of performance appraisal processes. -Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement. 4. Training and Development: -Identify training needs and coordinate relevant training programs for employees. -Support the development and implementation of career development initiatives. 5. HR Compliance: -Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies. -Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation. 6. HR Reporting: -Prepare and present HR-related reports and metrics to management. -Analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement. 7. Policy Development: -Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures. -Ensure employees are aware of and understand company policies. 8. Employee Engagement: -Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events. -Conduct surveys and gather feedback to enhance employee satisfaction and retention. Qualifications: -Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. -Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a human resources role. -Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations. -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. -Strong organizational and time management abilities. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
