1. To ensure ongoing management and continual improvement of the food Safety and Quality System by reviewing and updating documents of FSSC 22000, HACCP and Halal 2. To plan and make arrangement for both internal and external calibration, ensuring that equipment are calibrated and verification program is maintained 3. Manage and review the hazard control plans, ensuring their effectiveness is maintained 4. Manage customer complaints by investigating and providing corrective actions to prevent the occurrence of non-conformity relating process, products or food safety system 5. Attend to audits by regulatory bodies and customers including follow-up actions required to close the audit findings 6. Conduct training on staff related to food safety and quality programs 7. Manage pest control program for the plant and make arrangement with the Pest Control Provider 8. Prepare and make arrangements with external laboratory for product testing and analysis Qualifications: - Must possess Halal Executive certificate recognized by JAKIM - Strong attention to detail - Good communication and interpersonal skills
