Product Executive(Pharmaceutical Manufacturing)-Subang Jaya

Company background: • Our MNC Client who is a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Enterprise in Malaysia. They are hiring for a detailed and responsible candidate to fill their current job opening of Product Executive, to be based at Subang Jaya, Selangor. Job Outline: • As part of a fast-growing team, the selected incumbent will be responsible for developing, designing and executing marketing plans and strategies to achieve department goals. Developing communication tools to enhance product acceptance. Also, provide leadership for the sales team in ensuring proper execution of non-sales marketing plans. Essential Responsibilities: • Analyze products' performance in the market (e.g. ranking, market share, penetration rate, growth rate) and use this information to establish product sales plan including competitive tactics, and selling messages to grow sales, and increase market shares and profits. • Ensure marketing plans are implemented according to plan. • Communicate the value proposition of products to the sales team and develop sales tools to support the selling process. • Manage the marketing budget in a cost-effective manner. • Submit accurate and timely marketing reports to Marketing Manager-Ethical/ or General Manager of Sales & Marketing. • Develop, design, implement and execute marketing plans and strategies to achieve the company goals. • Craft and execute product launches for new products. • Develop communication tools (eg. product brochure, POSM) to enhance the product acceptance. • Build productive business relationship with Key Opinion Leaders and Influential Customers. • Collaborate with sales to develop patient programs that are in line with strategic direction and support market expansion. • Conduct field visit and compile observations into a report. Job Requirements: • Professional Degree/ Bachelor's Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma in Food Science, Nutrition, Dietician, Pharmacy, Science/ Biology preferably. • 2-3 years of sales or marketing experience in FMCG/ Healthcare industry is preferred. Experience in online/digital marketing is a bonus. • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. • Comfortable working with numbers, metrics, spreadsheets and presentation decks. • Has own transport and willing to travel. • For those with pharmaceutical sales experiences in hospital are encouraged to apply. • Candidate must be willing to work in Subang Jaya, Selangor.
