Industrial Relation and Employee Relation: - Monitoring on Staff Disciplines including Domestic Inquiry Procedure compliance. - Investigate disciplinary issues and to recommend appropriate disciplinary action including issuing Suspension and/or Show Cause letter, Warning letter, and other related disciplinary actions. - Monitor staff attendance and take necessary disciplinary action against absenteeism and lateness. - Issuance of self-termination letter, dismissal letter, authorization letter, etc. - Involved in conducting Domestic Inquiry including conduct an investigation, schedule the event, identify Company’s witnesses, interviewing witnesses, collect information and data, identify Board of Inquiry, prepare exhibits files and taking minutes etc. Supervising Performance Improvement Plan (PIP): - Assisting line managers to prepare performance improvement plan for under-performance staff by drafting actions plan and desired outcome during PIP process. Dealing with Government Officials: - Liaising with Government Officials & prepare requested information or documents. - Represent the Company in resolving industrial relations dispute between Company and employees at Industrial Relations Department. Preparing Report, Tracking & Updates: - Organize Carrot and Stick (internal incentive disciplinary measures) issuance by line managers. - Prepare Carrot and Stick Monthly Report in order to assist related departments to process daily task.
