  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:

The IT Intern will responsible in the design, development, and implementation of an inventory control management system to support the company’s supply chain and inventory operations within a dynamic, hands-on environment.

Core Responsibilities:

System Development and Testing:

  • Designing and coding new features for the inventory control management system using relevant programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).
  • Collaborate with the development team to test system functionalities, debug code, and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth system performance.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute ideas for enhancing system efficiency and user experience.

Database Management:

  • Setup, maintenance, and optimization of databases used for inventory tracking, including data entry, validation, and maintenance of inventory records.
  • Develop and execute SQL queries to retrieve, update, and report on inventory data to support analysis and decision-making.
  • Inventory Data Analysis:
  • Analyze inventory data to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement in inventory management processes, such as stock levels, reorder points, and demand forecasting.
  • Work with the team to develop reporting features within the system, creating dashboards and custom reports for different departments.

Documentation and User Support:

  • Document system features, user guides, and technical manuals to support system users and ensure effective adoption of the new inventory control management system.
  • Assist in providing technical support to end users, answering questions, and troubleshooting basic system issues.

Project Collaboration:

  • Provide updates on assigned tasks, and contribute to discussions on system design, features, and project progress.
  • Work cross-functionally with inventory, supply chain, and operations teams to gather requirements, understand workflows, and align the system’s functionality with business needs.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript) and understanding of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle).
  • Familiarity with web development frameworks (e.g., HTML, CSS, Angular, or React) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and data visualization tools.
  • Understanding of basic inventory control and supply chain concepts.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM900.00 - RM1,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
