Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Branch Personal Bankers, driving their development into successful wealth management professionals.
- Oversee talent management efforts to recruit, retain, and develop high-performing team members.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to ensure team members have the skills and confidence to excel in wealth management.
- Ensure the team meets and exceeds business performance and client satisfaction goals.
