TECHNICIAN

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technician to join our team. The Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment or systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and meet safety standards. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Installation and Setup:

• Install and configure equipment, machinery, or systems as per company standards.

• Ensure proper calibration and alignment of components.

2. Maintenance and Repairs:

• Perform regular maintenance and inspections to prevent downtime.

• Diagnose issues and conduct repairs in a timely and cost-effective manner.

• Replace faulty components and test systems to ensure functionality.

3. Troubleshooting:

• Analyze and resolve technical issues using diagnostic tools and manuals.

• Provide recommendations for system improvements and upgrades.

4. Documentation:

• Maintain detailed records of all work, including maintenance logs, repair reports, and parts inventory.

• Report any recurring issues to supervisors or engineering teams.

5. Compliance and Safety:

• Adhere to company and industry safety protocols.

• Ensure that all work complies with regulations and standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in [relevant field, e.g., Electrical Engineering].

• Proven experience as a Technician.

• Strong understanding of technical systems and their components.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.

• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and software.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
