Job Description
Tasks and duties:
- Maintain files and records both electronically and on paper so they remain updated and easily accessible
- Answer the phone to take messages or redirect calls to appropriate colleagues
- Assist in office management and organization procedures
- Operates and maintains office equipment, including printers and copiers machines.
- Works with outside vendors to ensure office equipment is in good working order and office supplies are always on hand.
- Handling foreign worker matters such as permit renewal, FOMEMA, salary, and so on.
- Assist on any ad-hoc tasks required by others department from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM, Professional Certificate, Diploma, in any related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel and Word
- Very good organizational, attention to detail, accuracy and multi-tasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Having working experience in handling foreign worker and administrative role is an added advantage
- Fresh Graduates / enter Level applicants are encouraged to apply.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
