About the role:

The Strategy & Operations Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the strategic initiatives and operational efficiency of the company. This position is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with up to 2 years of experience, especially in management consulting or a similar field. The ideal candidate will be adept at framing concepts, conducting research, and translating insights into coherent and compelling presentations.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Assist in the development and execution of company-wide strategies to drive growth and operational excellence.

Research & Analysis: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking to support strategic decision-making.

Slide Deck Creation: Translate complex concepts into clear, structured, and visually appealing slide decks and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Project Management: Support cross-functional projects by tracking progress, coordinating with teams, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.

Operational Support: Identify opportunities to streamline operations and improve efficiency, working closely with various departments.

Data Management: Gather and analyze data to generate insights that inform strategic initiatives.

Reporting: Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), operational metrics, and project outcomes.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree

Experience: 0-2 years of experience, ideally in management consulting, strategy, or business operations.

Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Familiarity with digital security, blockchain, or fintech is a plus (but not required).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
