1. Overall Building Management:
- Take charge of planning, implementing, supervising, and managing all building facilities and services.
- Ensure the building is well-maintained, clean, secure, and operating efficiently.
2. Supervision of Staff and Vendors:
- Supervise resident staff, delegate tasks, and manage relationships with external contractors.
3. Communication and Reporting:
- Write effective correspondence and reports for the Management Committee.
- Provide ad-hoc, monthly, and annual reports, keeping stakeholders informed on operations.
4. Develop and oversee:
- Preventive maintenance programs
- Tenancy and lease management
- Financial and insurance management
- Building and service audits
- Security and housekeeping
- Landscape and carpark management
- Health and safety policies.
5. Maintenance and Inspections:
- Delegate cleaning and maintenance tasks, run routine inspections, and monitor building conditions.
- Assist with maintenance and installations as needed to maintain building standards.
6. Budgeting and Compliance:
- Prepare and manage project budgets and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
