Responsibilities
Recruitment Management:
- Staffing & recruitment tasks
Compensation and Benefits Management:
- Manage compensation calculations and distribution, as well as the administration of employee benefit plans.
- Payroll
Compliance with Labor Laws:
- In-depth understanding and familiarity with Malaysian labor laws to ensure HR policies and practices comply with regulatory requirements.
- Handle matters related to employee contracts, labor agreements, and regulations, ensuring legal compliance throughout the employment lifecycle.
Onboarding and Offboarding Management:
- Manage the onboarding process, including contract signing and training.
- Assist with employee and offboarding procedures, ensuring a smooth process in compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Manage employee attendance, employee files, and output work collaboration process SOP
Admin tasks:
- Office & business admin tasks
Requirements
Work Experience:
- Ideally with experience in recruitment and human resources management
- Fresh grads are encouraged to apply
Skills and Knowledge:
- Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws and related regulations.
- Excellent recruitment skills to effectively attract and select candidates who align with the company culture.
- Outstanding communication and teamwork skills.
Additional Requirements:
- Strong communication, problem-solving and adaptability skills, capable of addressing various HR challenges.
- Strong organizational and planning skills to effectively manage multiple tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
Schedule:
