Construction Manager || Data Center || Iskandar Puteri

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Coordination: Lead and manage all stages of construction projects, from the initial planning phase to completion.
• Manage Construction Teams: Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities.
• Ensure Compliance with Regulations and Codes: Ensure that all construction work is completed in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as industry standards and building codes.
• Budget and Schedule Management: Develop and monitor the project budget, ensuring that costs stay within the allocated budget. Track project timelines and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the project stays on schedule.
• Procure Materials and Equipment: Oversee the procurement of materials, supplies, and equipment needed for the project.
• Quality Control: Monitor the quality of work on-site to ensure it meets design specifications, company standards, and client expectations.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks on construction sites, including safety hazards and delays. Develop risk management plans and take appropriate actions to minimize risks and resolve issues quickly.
• Communication and Reporting: Serve as the main point of contact between clients, stakeholders, contractors, and project teams; provide regular updates.
• Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain detailed records of construction progress, changes, inspections, safety reports, and project meetings.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in construction management or a similar role, preferably in commercial or residential construction.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, and building codes.
• Proven experience managing construction projects and teams.
• Proficiency with construction management software is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
