The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of retail promoters to drive sales, enhance customer service, and effectively represent our client's brand in the marketplace. As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets and ensuring that our client's promotional efforts are executed with excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and motivate a team of retail promoters to achieve individual and team sales goals
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and selling techniques
  • Monitor team performance, providing constructive feedback and support to encourage professional development
  • Analyze sales data and promotional effectiveness to identify areas for improvement
  • Prepare regular reports on team performance, sales metrics, and market trends for management review.

Sebagai Ketua Pasukan, anda akan memainkan peranan penting dalam mencapai sasaran jualan dan memastikan usaha promosi pelanggan kami dilaksanakan dengan cemerlang.

Tanggungjawab Utama:

  • Menyelia dan memotivasikan pasukan promoter untuk mencapai matlamat jualan individu dan pasukan.
  • Jalankan sesi latihan secara berkala untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan produk dan teknik menjual.
  • Memantau prestasi pasukan, memberikan maklum balas yang membina dan sokongan untuk menggalakkan perkembangan profesional.
  • Menganalisis data jualan dan keberkesanan promosi untuk mengenal pasti kawasan yang perlu diperbaiki.
  • Sediakan laporan berkala tentang prestasi pasukan, metrik jualan, dan tren pasaran untuk semakan pengurusan.
