Title: Associate (Net Assets Valuation)/Portfolio Valuation &Asset Management Specialist
Location: Kuala Lumpur
Duration: 12 months
Client: RHB Bank
Formal Education:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration OR ;
Professional accounting qualification or in related field
Preferred level of Experience (by years/function/industry):
1-2 years’ experience in asset management, financial services or related field
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Knowledge in portfolio management system is an added advantage.
Other skills required:
Numerate and analytical capabilities
Meticulous and careful with numbers
Organization skills and attention to detail with proven ability to manage and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
Stakeholder management & engagement
Key responsibilities:
Strong familiarity in processes related to calculation and oversight function of net asset valuation activities
Possess analytical and problem solving skills in resolving issues faced by team members
Act as preparer for daily and monthly valuation of local and foreign funds as well as mandates
Be the first checker for oversight of outsourced funds.
Seek validation and sign-off from Senior Team member and team lead prior to releasing NAV to internal and external parties.
Attend to requests and queries from audit
Be meticulous, detail-oriented and careful in numbers when performing checker role.
Possess strong stakeholder management and engagement skills
Act as authorizer where required
Ensure adherence to regulatory, risk and compliance requirements
Continuously drive improvements and enhancements to operational efficiency.
Provide cross support to other teams and sections within RHBAM Operations where required.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
