As a Marketing in a Beauty Company, you will be responsible with managing in overseas TikTok, Facebook, or KOL operations. Also in crafting engaging content, especially in the personal care or beauty industry, and have a strong track record of creating popular videos or articles for platforms like XiaoHongShu and TikTok. You should be with excellent communication and coordination skills, paired with high stress resistance to manage demanding tasks. They must possess strong data analysis and logical thinking abilities, enabling them to evaluate marketing strategies effectively and provide actionable optimizations.

Job Description

  • Formulate local KOL cooperation and product promotion strategies, write content templates and cooperation plans, and promote the implementation of KOL cooperation;
  • Responsible for formulating and implementing the content strategy planning of the company's online brand and social media platforms and implementing them, improving brand exposure and fan activity, and improving user retention and conversion;
  • Explore and analyze user needs, follow up and handle hot events in a timely manner, and provide effective solutions for brand communication;
  • Regularly evaluate operational results, analyze data, and make optimization suggestions;
  • Independently write product copywriting, advertising scripts and other copywriting documents, and be able to reasonably adjust product strategies based on product characteristics and market conditions.

Requirement

  • Related to this field (at least Diploma), and 1 year of work experience.
  • Familiar with overseas TT/FB operations or overseas KOL operations workers are preferred.
  • Have published content related to the personal care and beauty industry on media such as Xiaohongshu and Tiktok, and have experience in hot product videos and articles.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills and stress resistance, strong data analysis and logical thinking skills.
