Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Audit Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team. The role involves overseeing audit engagements, managing client relationships, and mentoring junior staff. You will work closely with senior management to ensure high-quality audit deliverables and compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute audit engagements in accordance with auditing standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and oversee a portfolio of audit clients, ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
- Supervise and mentor junior auditors, providing technical guidance and career development.
- Prepare and review financial statements and audit reports.
- Identify risk areas and provide actionable recommendations to clients.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, standards, and internal policies.
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide value-added services.
- Stay updated on changes in audit standards, regulations, and industry practices.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, MIA) is preferred.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of audit experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in audit tools and software.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to RM4,500.00 per month
