Assisting customers with inquiries: Responding to customer queries and providing
accurate information about banking products, services, and account-related matters.
Account management: Handling account openings, closings, and updates, as well as
addressing issues related to account transactions and balances.
Resolving customer issues: Addressing and resolving customer complaints, concerns,
and disputes in a professional and empathetic manner.
Providing product information: Educating customers about various banking products,
such as savings accounts, credit cards, loans, and investment options.
Processing transactions: Facilitating routine banking transactions, such as deposits,
withdrawals, fund transfers, and bill payments.
Necessary skills:
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
Experience – customer service experience will be an advantage.
Languages – Fluent in English both spoken and written.
Able to handle high volume of calls.
