accurate information about banking products, services, and account-related matters.

 Account management: Handling account openings, closings, and updates, as well as

addressing issues related to account transactions and balances.

 Resolving customer issues: Addressing and resolving customer complaints, concerns,

and disputes in a professional and empathetic manner.

 Providing product information: Educating customers about various banking products,

such as savings accounts, credit cards, loans, and investment options.

 Processing transactions: Facilitating routine banking transactions, such as deposits,

withdrawals, fund transfers, and bill payments.

Necessary skills:

 Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.

 Experience – customer service experience will be an advantage.

 Languages – Fluent in English both spoken and written.

 Able to handle high volume of calls.
