IT Compliance & Program Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

• Act as the IT Compliance and Program Coordinator for infrastructure, application and business initiatives.
• Analyze internal business systems and product to ensure compliance with industry
• Conduct in risk assessments for any infrastructure, network and applications based on threats and vulnerabilities.
• Coordinate with relevant parties on ISO/IEC 27001 ISMS calendar year based on the effort required i.e. plan, do, check, act
• Plan and assists in technical coordination as well as consultation with internal auditors in preparation for the relevant certification i.e. ISMS, BSI, CE, and any upcoming international standard
• Create, modify, update and implement documentation for the organization’s controls i.e. policies, processes and procedures.
• Act as Program Coordinator overseeing the relationship between the stakeholders business and customer for product compliance
• Identify areas on product or project risks where security requirements cannot be full addressed in the required timeframe.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent in related field.
• At least 1-2 years working experience in related field especially in IT security.
• Obtain ISMS issued by SIRIM or equivalent ISACA such as Certified Information Security
• Manager (CISM) is added advantage
• Familiar with operating system and understand IT Compliance aspects of controls
• Familiar with software application and understand IT Compliance aspects of controls
• Experience in ISMS and IT compliance in terms of coordination and administration
• Experience in penetration testing for security posture
• Experience in forensic and application threats
• Experience with cloud related technology and CI/CD will be an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• Yearly bonus
