Create excitement and joy for children through innovation products. The company's mission is to engage young fans and foster a vibrant community through their toys club website and direct selling initiatives.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and Executive Marketing Plans
Create comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales through various channels, including online platforms and school events.
2. Pricing Strategy
Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to establish competitive yet profitable pricing for our product range
3. Stock Order and Placement
Collaborate with logistics to ensure optimal product order and placement in school and online store, maximizing visibility and accessibility
4. Team Building
Recruit, train and manage a dedicated marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration
5. Community Engagement
Build and maintain relationships with school, clubs, and the community to enhance brand loyalty and engagement
Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in the toy industry or consumer goods.
- Strong understanding of online and offline marketing channels.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in team leadership and development.
- Creative thinker with a passion for toys and children's entertainment
Remunerations:
MYR 7,000 - MYR 9,000
