Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Associate to join our team in Malaysia. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales, a love for engaging with people, and a keen interest in electric mobility solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling walk-in customers, responding to online sales inquiries, and matching clients with the perfect mobility solution that fits their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide detailed information and advice on our range of electric mobility products.
• Handle customer inquiries from multiple channels, including in-person, online, and over the phone.
• Guide customers through the buying process, from initial inquiry to final sale.
• Understand customer needs and recommend products that best meet their requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest industry trends and new product releases.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the team's overall sales goals.
• Process sales transactions and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Participate in promotional events and product demonstrations as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the retail or related sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus.
• Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner.
• Knowledge of electronic mobility products is a plus.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and sales software programs.
• Minimum education: High school diploma required; further education or certification in sales or a related field is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
