Service Crew

We are seeking enthusiastic Service Crew members to provide excellent customer service and ensure smooth operations. Service Crew plays a crucial role in delivering positive customer experience by interacting directly with customers, taking orders, serving food, and maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Greet customers with a friendly attitude and provide excellent customer service.

· Take, assemble, and present food orders while managing payment transactions at the cash register.

· Maintain cleanliness in compliance with restaurant sanitary standards, including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning walls, tables, counters, and equipment.

· Regularly check and report any equipment issues to the maintenance team.

· Assist fellow crew members to ensure food is prepared, packaged, and delivered to customers in a timely manner.

· Facilitate the movement of completed food orders from the kitchen to the customer.

Overall, a service crew member in a fast food joint needs to be fast, friendly, reliable, and capable of managing a variety of tasks at once. A focus on customer satisfaction, speed, and teamwork is essential to ensure smooth operations, especially during busy hours.

Pay: RM1,750.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
