Key Responsibilities:-

  • To take a role in the Import and Export shipment with service providers and other logistics activity such as invoicing, tacking documents etc;
  • To support Logistics issue in the coordination of finished good export with service provider / liners in term of export documents such as draft BL, Custom declaration documents;
  • Assist in compile the ocean freight rate from liners to each requirement destinations; Assist in input the incoming and outgoing shipment into the ERP system;
  • Assist LOG to compile documents and submitting invoice to FNA for payment process;
  • Prepare all documentation in terms of export and import such as Internal Shipping Instruction, Invoices, Packing List, K1/K2/K3, BL, 3rd party COQ/ COW certificates, COO etc;
  • Liaise and coordinate with 3rd party surveyor to attend inspection base on Sales Order contract requirement.
  • Answering queries, offering advice and introducing products to customers; Organizing sales or visitor visits;
  • Prepare and maintaining accurate sales related records and reports;
  • To handle sales coordination and administration with in house stake holders;
  • Attending to telephone calls and faxing of documents; To handle L/C required documents submission to bank;
  • To follow up payment collection;
  • To comply with company Safety Policy and Procedures; and
  • To undertake any other job assigned by immediate superior or Management from time to time.

Qualification:-

  • 2-3 years working experience in sales or logistic related environment such as Sales team, Forwarder, etc
  • Fluent English in both written and verbal
  • Preferrable if having experience in Iron-steel, Metal industry, Manufacturing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
