Job Description 1. Research and analyze current and future industry trends and market movement. 2. Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting analysis on target customers. 3. Actively participate in developing and enhancing company business policy and strategies to expand the company’s customer base and increase revenue. 15. Liaising with key personnel in compiling, coordinating and generating business policies and strategies. 16. Analyzed and review effectiveness of strategies periodically. 17. Assist in the development of company marketing plans and goals, and in developing a strategy for client contacts regarding new work, contract negotiation, and future work potential. 18. Provide input in sales planning to develop business strategies and goals. 19. Establish and maintain regular communication with customer in order to stimulate healthy relationship and secure business. 20. Cultivate mutually beneficial business relationships with current and potential clients to secure business opportunities. 21. Create informative presentations in presenting and delivering up to-date and correct information to potential clients. 22. Fulfill sales enquiries and ensure excellent and superior customer service at all time. 23. Improve and maintain customers’ satisfaction by providing timely and accurate replies to customers’ enquiries. 24. Proactively recommend ways to add value to clients and make existing processes simple and better to build customers engagement and satisfaction. Job Knowledge and Requirement 1. Candidates must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Business Studies /Administration/ Marketing. 2. Candidate that contained at least 5 years or above working experience in the related field will be priority. 3. Strong negotiation skills. 4. Strong communication and presentation skills. 5. Good knowledge in digital communications. 6. Results oriented, self-driven, persuasive, persistent and resourceful. 7. Able to work in a team as well as independently
