Job Responsibilities: ISO 9001 Compliance and Quality Management Policies: Implement, manage, and maintain compliance with ISO 9001 standards across departments to ensure consistency in quality processes. Develop and update quality management policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensuring alignment with ISO 9001 and industry standards. Conduct regular internal audits and compliance checks, identifying non-conformities and facilitating corrective and preventive actions to uphold quality standards. Performance Management and High-Performance Culture: Support the performance management process by assisting with goal setting, KPIs, and developing frameworks to assess and enhance employee performance. Work with department heads to design performance appraisals, set measurable KPIs, and implement feedback mechanisms to drive accountability and a high-performance culture. Facilitate feedback sessions and ensure that appraisal processes are fair, objective, and aligned with the organization’s performance standards. Quality Management Systems (QMS): Develop, document, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) to align with organizational quality goals and continuous improvement objectives. Ensure that all departments follow established SOPs and quality policies, conducting training sessions as needed to improve adherence. Monitor the effectiveness of the QMS by tracking performance metrics, analyzing trends, and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors. Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives by developing and implementing change management plans, especially for quality improvement and compliance processes. Facilitate clear and consistent communication regarding changes, ensuring all employees understand new policies, processes, or goals. Conduct training sessions to equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed to adapt to changes and promote acceptance. Compliance Oversight: Ensure the organization’s adherence to employment laws, quality standards, and internal policies by conducting audits and assessments regularly. Coordinate with relevant departments to monitor compliance and identify any areas for improvement, developing action plans as necessary. Conduct regular reviews and updates to quality and compliance policies, keeping up-to-date with changes in regulations and industry standards to ensure continued compliance. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of ISO 9001 compliance, QMS records, performance management data, and audit results. Generate and present reports on quality performance, compliance status, and improvement activities for management review. Ensure all records are accessible, up-to-date, and securely stored to facilitate audit reviews and compliance checks. Stakeholder Engagement and Support: Work closely with internal stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment with quality standards and policies. Provide guidance and support on quality and compliance matters, acting as a resource for departments needing assistance with ISO, QMS, or performance-related concerns. Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies to manage external audits and maintain certifications. Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong expertise in ISO 9001 standards, QMS, and performance management frameworks. Experience in change management and ability to facilitate employee transitions effectively.
