Primary responsibilities
- To respond to change in the departmental function as dictated by the industry, company or hotel
- To ensure that flower arrangements are placed accordingly on daily basis
- To maintain cleanliness of all side stations and sufficient par stock at all times· To serve food and beverage to guests according to established performance standards
- To handle guests enquires in a courteous and efficient manner
- To provide a courteous and professional service at all times
- To maintain a good working relationship with fellow colleagues, and all other departments
- To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the hotel’s policy relating to fire, hygiene, health and safety
- To maintain a high standard of personal appearance, grooming, report in for duty on times, and hygiene at all times
- To have a complete understanding of the hotel’s employee handbook and adhere to the regulations contained within it

Knowledge and Experience
- 1 year of working experience in F&B industry
- Basic communication skills
Competencies
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Computer literate in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Have the ability to prioritize workload assignments
- Team work
- A well-organized & initiative person
- Mature and good personality
- Able to work independently
- Customer service oriented
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
