The Global Monetization Integrity team ensures TikTok users have a safe experience while viewing advertisements. They work closely with advertisers to create ad policies, manage content review processes, and more. As we continue to add advertising on TikTok, this team is critical in assuring a joyful and creative ads experience for the community.
The Team Leader will oversee a team of Data Understanding Specialists (DUS), providing hands-on guidance and support in operational execution and project delivery. This role focuses on day-to-day team management, ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in both operations and cross-functional project management, helping to bridge teams, drive progress, and support the professional growth of their direct reports.
Key Responsibilities:1. Team Supervision & Support:
Minimum qualifications:
1.Experience managing or leading teams within an operational or project management setting.
2.Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects.
3.Ability to provide mentorship and training to a team, fostering growth and maintaining high performance.
Preferred qualifications::
1. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively work with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
2. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with an emphasis on data-driven decision-making.

- Assist in executing operational strategies to optimize workflow and team efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support process improvements, tool enhancements, and system upgrades.
- Ensure proper tracking of project KPIs and metrics, regularly reviewing performance to maintain alignment with business goals.
- Facilitate the delivery of cross-functional projects, ensuring that Data Understanding Specialists contribute effectively to project goals.
- Help maintain the project roadmap, assisting in prioritizing tasks and managing dependencies.
- Coordinate with senior leadership to communicate team progress, blockers, and any needed resources.
- Actively participate in identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve data-driven decision-making.
- Support the implementation of project management tools and processes to enhance the efficiency of both the team and larger initiatives.
- Encourage a mindset of continuous improvement within the team.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Data Understanding Specialists and other operational and technical teams, ensuring effective collaboration.
- Communicate key updates, progress, and issues to both team members and leadership, maintaining transparency.
