Position: Site Security Executive

Working hours: Mondays to Saturdays
Salary: RM2000++ (negotiable based on experience)Job Type: Contract 6-12 months

Requirements:
- Qualification: Diploma/Degree holder of relevant course
- Experience: At least (1) year of experience in logistics/operations management (construction or relevant industry)/ security operation tasks
- Language: English & Bahasa (Bonus if can speak Tamil)
- Skills: Computer skill, Microsoft Office & related spreadsheet and database software
- Possess valid license & vehicle for transportation.
- Highly organized, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

Job Description

Assuming overall responsibility for the safety and security of designated areas

Patrolling designated areas in accordance with outlined security procedures

Identifying potential security risks and responding accordingly

Completing incident reports and required documentation for all security incidents1.

Hiring and onboarding new security guards

Setting the security guard staffing schedule

Creating all security policies and procedures

Conducting regular security inspections

Investigating security threats and breaches

Writing comprehensive security reports

Presenting security improvement plans to executives2.

Developing and implementing security policies and procedures

Conducting security audits and assessments

Identifying and mitigating risks and threats

Managing security personnel and monitoring their performance

Collaborating with other departments to ensure compliance with security standards
