Role Purpose

Responsible for the creation, development and execution of local marketing and marketing development activities to achieve business objectives.

Main Responsibilities

Business Acumen

  • Plan, support and implement marketing campaigns to drive key business objectives.
  • Organize creative campaigns and promotional events for company’s brand.

People

  • Work closely with the team to align plans for the business’s goals, direction, and objectives.
  • Communicate with target audiences and develop customer relationships.
  • Liaison with external partners for collaborations and opportunities.

Process

  • Conducting market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.
  • Monitor, analyze and report campaign performance results against targets set by the business.
  • Utilize creative channels to maximize promotional opportunities in a cost-efficient manner.
  • Maintain and update customer databases using CRM system.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • To adhere and enforce all Company’s policies and procedures.
  • Undertake/participate in any ad hoc projects or other relevant duties as assigned from time to time.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in related field preferably in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
  • At least 1-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Skills required: Communication Skills, Planning & Organization and Analytical Skills.
  • Experience in managing social media content, digital marketing, POSM, offline media and event management.
  • Able to work independently, a team player, responsible and high integrity.
  • Candidate must possess own transport with valid driving license.
  • Computer literate in MS Office.
  • Able to work extra hours, during PH or odd hours as when needed. Able to travel frequently.
