- Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by management.
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- At least two year(s) experience in HR.
- Proficiency in payroll system and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and etc).
- Proficiency communication and written in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Meticulous and have attention to details and ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong understanding HR practices, principles, policies, employment laws and regulations.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with all level of employees.
- Mature and pleasant personality to work under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
- Possess own transportation and willing to travel.
