We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to assist our customers with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to our products.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing support via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnosing and fixing software and hardware problems.
- Assisting customers with product setup and configuration.
- Communicating with customers/dealers regarding aftersales issues.
- Documenting issues and solutions in our knowledge base.
- Collaborating with engineering teams to report bugs and suggest improvements.
- Conducting training sessions for customers on product features.
- Monitoring systems to proactively address potential issues.

- Candidates must possess at least a Degree in Computer Science or IT. However, those with Electrical, Biomedical, or Electronic Engineering Degrees are also encouraged to apply.
- Basic computer knowledge is a must.
- Required language(s): English.
- Both experienced candidates and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
