  • Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Event Support: Assist in organizing and promoting auctions and related events to maximize participation and sales.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the team to develop promotional materials, social media content, and advertisements, including those targeting Chinese-speaking audiences.

  • A Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and/or marketing (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
  • Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English (spoken and written). Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies is a strong advantage.
  • Strong creative and analytical abilities with excellent attention to detail.
