. AVEVA Sustainability Solution Intern
What you will do and learn:
We are looking for a passionate, capable and highly organized individual who wants to get first-hand industrial sustainability solutions experience to join us in May 2025. If you are an advocate for sustainability and believe in the power of digital solutions to help solve some of the world's most pressing problems, we want to hear from you.
Through this internship, you will gain insight on the nexus between 4th and 5th industrial revolution technologies and sustainability across multiple industry segments, including CPG, Food & Bev, Infrastructure and Energy. You will get to speak to the AVEVA team around the world and across functions, learning about the business of advancing the digital transformation of global industries.
You manager will define with you a flagship project which could be primarily related to one of following aspects:
- Conduct research on industrial customer needs on sustainability solutions, or
- Conduct research on sustainability technologies or start-up profiles
- Conduct quantitative sustainability impact analysis for specific customer cases
In addition to flagship project, you might be required to complete bite-size tasks that supporting the entire sustainability team related to
- compliance reporting,
- climate mitigation,
- sales enablement,
- product innovation,
- impact tracking,
- employee engagement events, etc.
What we hope you will bring to our team:
- Currently enrolled in an ESG/sustainability-related graduate program or engineering program with a specialization in chemical, mechanical, environmental, civil or computing disciplines. You need proven GPA that demonstrates a record of strength in academic performance in critical thinking, analysis and written deliverables.
- Prior experience and/or coursework related to industrial research or GHG emission accounting in scope 1, 2 and 3
- Prior experience with data collection and analytics and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI or equivalent tools.
- Experience with organizing and tracking tasks or projects, including planning steps in order and managing timelines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding multi-tasking abilities
- Self-starter with ability to work remotely and connect digitally
