1)Capability to Identify and Engage Potential Clients
- Conduct and research to identify and expand networks of potential clients, targeting business owners, entrepreneurs, and senior managers who would benefit from EMBA & DBA programs.
2)Professionalism in Relationship Building with Clients
- Regularly follow up with prospects to maintain consistent communication.
- Provide effective solutions when clients face decision-making challenges.
- Share timely information on each program to keep clients engaged and interested.
3)Skills in Sales Strategy and Achieving Targets
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet enrollment targets for EMBA & DBA programs.
- Track sales performance metrics, monitor sales pipeline progress, and adapt strategies to meet or exceed individual and team sales objectives.
4)Proficiency in Content Creation and Copywriting
- Possess strong Chinese writing skills to enhance client communication processes.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of marketing materials, such as landing pages, websites, brochures, and other promotional items.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create innovative and impactful content, including brochures, presentations, and email templates.
5)Excellence in Public Speaking and Networking
- Serve as a representative at events, utilizing public speaking skills to build credibility for the company.
- Confidently present the EMBA & DBA programs and services at networking events, seminars, open houses, and webinars, identifying potential partnerships and connections for future opportunities.
- Possess a Bachelor's degree qualification [Priority to Marketing/Sales and Management industry]
- Language requirements: English and Mandarin
- Young adult with 3 years of working experience
- Possess the ability to develop sales strategy and planning, strong independent execution, and professional communication and coordination skills
- High discipline, high sense of responsibility, clear logical thinking, and good attitude
- Good image and temperament, with professional working quality and ethics
