We’re looking for a motivated and positive individual to join our team as a Sales & Customer Support Assistant. What You'll Do:

• Handle daily sales order processing, including taking orders via phone.
• Assist with all incoming inquiries (phone, email, fax, and walk-ins).
• Manage sales orders, prepare delivery orders, and issue invoices.
• Help prepare and label packing materials.
• Address customer complaints with patience and professionalism.
• Support your team with additional tasks as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

• Positive Attitude: A friendly and proactive approach to work.
• Language Skills: Ability to communicate in Mandarin (for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking customers).
• Minimum Education: PSLE or equivalent.
