This position provides day-to-day administrative support in the implementation of human resource policies and procedures, ensuring smooth office operations. Responsibilities include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g., employment records and onboarding guides), and updating internal databases. The ideal candidate has experience with HR procedures and can handle various administrative tasks in a timely manner.
Duties:
- Structure the HR Department according to the strengths and weaknesses of each employee in the department.
- Oversee and improve the full spectrum of HR activities and processes, including recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits, performance management, succession planning, policies, employees' handbook, and procedures.
- Prepare and improve HR reports and related scope of activities reports in a timely and accurate manner with in-depth analysis.
- Coordinate training arrangements with related departments/parties by planning and evaluating departmental activities.
- Establish strategic goals by defining objectives, identifying and evaluating trends and options, choosing a course of action, and evaluating outcomes.
- Handle disciplinary issues, grievances, domestic inquiries, and dispute mediation in compliance with company policies and government regulations when necessary.
- Actively involved in employee engagement plans, obtaining necessary budget approvals, and initiating activities, KPIs, and strategic directions of the company.
- Adhere to and follow company policies and procedures.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload (result-driven).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Resourceful, able to multitask, and work independently (handles pressure well).
- Experience with office management software like Microsoft 365 Business.
- Must have knowledge in EA 1955 and IR 1967.
