  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Our clients include factories, shops, homes, and residential areas. To support our expanding operations, we are looking for a skilled and dedicated Installation Technician to join our team.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. As an Installation Technician, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality security and technical installation services to our clients. You will be responsible for installing and maintaining various equipment and systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and to both company and client standards.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform installation of CCTV, alarm systems, door access control, and electrical systems according to company standards and client specifications.
  • Conduct on-site assessments to determine optimal placement and configuration of equipment.
  • Ensure all installations comply with safety regulations and are completed efficiently.
  • Provide troubleshooting support and resolve technical issues during installations.
  • Maintain and manage tools, equipment, and materials required for each installation.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, updating them on installation progress and ensuring customer satisfaction

Requirement

  • Candidates with or without experience are welcome to apply; Basic technical knowledge of Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) systems and electrical installations is a plus.
  • SPM or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Manage time effectively, and adapt to different project locations
  • Willingness to travel to various client sites as required
