We are seeking a skilled and creative Interior Designer proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, exceptional technical skills, and the ability to translate client needs into functional, aesthetically pleasing interior spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Concept Development: Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget to develop innovative interior design concepts.
• Design Plans: Create detailed 2D and 3D floor plans, elevations, and design layouts using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Space Planning: Develop and optimize space planning to ensure functionality and efficient use of space.
• Material Selection: Research and select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, and accessories in line with the project concept and budget.
• Visualization: Develop realistic 3D visualizations and walkthroughs to help clients visualize the final design.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Documentation: Prepare design documentation, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and project specifications.
• Client Interaction: Present design proposals to clients and make revisions based on feedback.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest design trends, materials, and technology in interior design.

Qualifications & Skills

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Technical Proficiency:
• Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp.
